Our Return Policy for product evaluation or a defective unit
Generally, you have 7 days from product delivery to initiate a return.
If the unit is defective:
Our products have a warranty. You should not be at risk for things you can't control. Follow the steps below to return the product.
If the unit isn't defective:
7-day return policy (from date of delivery). After 7 business days, we cannot give a refund because we cannot return the unit to the factory after 7 days. Note that the return period begins on the delivery date, not the order date. This works to your advantage.
How to return a product:
Step 1
In the return package, please include:
- Your name
- Address
- Phone number
- Email address (same as submitted with purchase)
- Model name
- Reason for the return
- A copy of your receipt
- The unit and all accessories and manuals
Step 2
Ship the unit prepaid in its original packaging. You must get a tracking number from the shipper. Be sure to pack carefully to protect the unit from damage during handling and transit.

Step 3
You must notify us via email and provide:
- The name of the shipper and the shipper's tracking number. We cannot process your return without these.
- Your name
- Address
- Phone number
- Model name
- Reason for the return
